This is my version of Danish seeded bread.  Typically the seeds are not ground but I prefer a softer bread and that is also why a grated carrot is added or you may add 1 cup of grated zucchini. This may be omitted.

This bread is gluten free.

You can also add herbs like rosemary or thyme.

The bread is great with Danish open faced sandwiches or with any type of nut butters or jams.

Please try and use organic ingredients whenever possible.
