Delicious yummy Danish smoked salmon open faced sandwiches. Great for any occasion but mostly we enjoy this over the Christmas holidays or whenever travelling to Copenhagen.

Unlike Gravlax which is cured salmon in a sugar salt and a dill rub( which is also fantastic) the smoked is cured with hot or cold smoke and is more delicate in flavour.
