Amazing gluten and grain free organic brownies made with no flour!

The black beans, added to these brownies pack some great nutrients like fibre, protein and iron .

These are deep, dark, rich, fudgy , and chocolatey and super easy to make.

And I promise, you can’t taste the beans one bit.

I have also made them as muffins as shown below, either way they will not disappoint. 

Serve with homemade organic chia raspberry puree simply made by adding in a blender

1 cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries 

1 tbsp organic lemon juice

2 tbsp. organic maple syrup and 

1 tbsp. organic chia seeds

Mix 20 second and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

For a sugar free option add 1 extra banana and 1tsp (or 1 small package) of powdered Stevia or sugar substitute of your choice.

Below try adding a 1/2 cup of grated zucchini for a supper moist cupcake brownie.
