This is a adaptation of Brazilian Cheese Balls(Pão de Queijo) which I have added my own ingredients to jazz them up! Try different ingredients and make them your own, however this is particularly great.  Inspiration for this recipe was from Savory Lotus.

I have made it into a pizza crust using a spring form pan.

It should be eaten right away ( which in never a problem ) however it can be stored in the fridge for a few days and popped into the oven at 375 F to reheat ( around 10 minutes)

This is great on its own but experiment with all kinds of toppings. See my Pizza section for ideas.

This is a gluten-free and grain-fee crust.

About Tapioca: Tapioca Flour also known ad tapioca starch is a grain-free flour made from cassava root. It is a starchy, slightly sweet flour that is a staple for gluten free baking. Tapioca flour is an alternative to traditional wheat flours, all-purpose flour or even nut-based flours like almond meal. 

* Please note you can replace the cheddar cheese with Parmesan, Asiago or Goat cheese
