Organic (2 Ingredient) Coconut Yogurt

Super easy homemade yogurt with only 2 ingredients. 

In a clean ( sterilized jar) add 1 can of full fat organic coconut milk.

Twist apart 3 ( at least 30 billion) high quality probiotic capsules and stir the powder into the coconut milk with a plastic or wooden spoon.

Cover the jar with cheesecloth or a light airy cloth , secure with an elastic and leave on counter ( in a warm spot) for 48 hours.

Seal with and air tight lid and refrigerate until cool and enjoy with your favourite fruit or use in smoothies.

For Keto add Swerve sweetener to taste, for Paleo use organic maple syrup or raw honey.

For a Greek Style yogurt chill 1 can of full fat organic coconut milk and remove the liquid and follow steps above. Save liquid for smoothies.

Will last in fridge for up to 5 to 7 days.
