Radishes are great for fermenting. Fermented radishes are crisp, and tangy so the flavour bursts out.

They taste great and are good for your digestion to boot.

They are very easy to make and are delicious on a slice of raw cheese or as a snack all by themselves. 

This recipe calls for sliced radishes but you can ferment them whole just wash thoroughly and cut the green tops and roots off (if desired, you can leave them just cut the green down to about 1/4″)

We recommend using organic produce for fermentation
