One of my favourite smoothies is this green one. Green smoothies are a healthy way to drink or replace a meal.

These healthy smoothies are an easy way to eat veggies! 

Loaded with protein from the almond milk, chia seeds and grass fed collagen ( omit if you are vegan or vegetarians) and antioxidants.

The green apple and lemon juice take it up a notch to a very refreshing drink.

Use local honey it helps a lot if you have allergies

  1. This has become one of my favourite smoothies! All of the ingredients blend so well together, one doesn’t overpower the other when it comes to taste. Love the addition of cacao nibs, I have been adding them in the final 15 seconds of blending giving the smoothie a slightly crunchy texture!!
