Just a simple gluten free bread which is made into a round loaf or you can make it into 4 smaller rolls. If you love cheese and love bread this recipe is for you!

You can even bake them in a muffin pan ( makes 6).

This paleo bread recipe is nut free as well as grain and gluten free. 

It is slightly crispy on the outside and deliciously chewy and cheesy on the inside.

Enjoy this when you really in the mood for a delicious bread. Great for brunch or with a wonderful organic arugula salad.  

Use organic ingredients when ever possible, however never use any GMO ingredients.

* Optional I added chopped organic sun-dried tomatoes as seen below.
