Simple very simple gluten free, low carb yummy savoury bread . Great for any toppings or sandwiches. And Paleo friendly.

If hazelnut butter is not available you can substitute with any nut butter of your choice or make your own.

How to make nut butter: Roast nuts in a preheated oven 350F for 5 to 8 minutes. Add nuts to a food processor and blend until smooth . It takes around 10 to 12 minutes . Scrape down sides as needed.

* If using roasted hazelnuts place in a clean dish towel after roasting rub them against each other to remove the skins.

 If you like sprinkle poppy.sesame or sunflower seeds on top before baking.

I prefer to use a smaller pan 7″ X 4″ as I like my bread a little higher.

Organic ingredients are essential but not a must, please never use any GMO ingredients
